What areas of the spa are used for parties?
The setup includes a main party area of approximately 20 ft x 20 ft, with room dividers used to create a more private, party-focused space within the med spa.
We also use our 12 ft x 18 ft conference room for education, parent seating, goodie bags, or additional party flow depending on the event.
How many kids can attend the party?
Our spa party setup works best for intimate group celebrations. We can comfortably host up to 20 guests, though 16 guests or less is our ideal party size for the smoothest, most relaxed experience.
Your dedicated party coordinator can discuss this with you when you book so we can help you choose the best guest count for your party.
How does the party flow work?
During the party, the girls rotate through the spa portion in pairs. Two guests receive their facials side by side at our esthetician station, while the next two guests wait nearby.
The rest of the group stays busy with DIY projects, activities, snacks, and fun party moments until it is their turn. This flow helps keep the party organized, fun, and engaging for everyone!
How is the space set up?
For most spa parties, we set up two main tables in the center of the party space for DIY projects, activities, and eating. A separate table is placed off to the side for food, drinks, desserts, and party treats.
The spa portion takes place at our esthetician station, where two spa beds are set up for side-by-side facials. We also add fun lighting, seasonal decor, themed details, banners, tablecloths, and other decorative touches to create a special party feel.
Pricing & Booking
What is included in the party experience?
You will get the full experience of our Spa Camp, plus extras. The birthday experience includes robes and headbands for every participant.
The Spa Camp experience varies each month depending on the theme, but it will always include a seasonal facial, DIY skincare product making, an education session from our estheticians, snacks, drinks, and crafts or activities.

What is the pricing?
Our pricing varies depending on availability and whether the party is booked on a weekday or weekend.

How do we book a party?
To get started, please email us with your preferred date, time, estimated guest count, and any theme ideas you have in mind.

Decor, Food & Photos
Is the space decorated?
Yes! Our space is fully decorated to match the party theme, and most families are pleasantly surprised by how styled the setup already feels.
Decorations may include lights, banners, tablecloths, themed decor, seasonal touches, and photo-friendly details. Because the space is already decorated for the party, there is usually no need for parents to bring additional decor.

Themes may vary by season and availability, but past themes have included:

Decorations typically change with each theme. If you have a specific theme in mind, please reach out and we can let you know what is possible for your party.
Can we bring food, cake, or drinks?
Yes! Families are welcome to bring food, drinks, desserts, and party treats. All food is set up on the designated food table so the main space stays organized and easy to move through.
Cake can be stored in our refrigerator or kept on our kitchen counter until it is time to enjoy. Goodie bags are kept in the conference room until the end of the party, and finished DIY projects can be added to each guest’s bag before they leave.
Are there good places for photos?
Yes! There are several photo-friendly areas within the spa party space, plus a beautiful courtyard area to the side of the building with a water fountain that can be used for pictures.
Parents are welcome to capture photos throughout the event, especially during facials, activities, cake, and group party moments.
Parent Info & Safety
Can parents stay during the party?
Parents are welcome to stay during the party. For smaller groups of parents, there is usually space to remain in the main party area. For larger parent groups, we may have parents relax in our conference room so the party area stays open, safe, and easy for the girls and staff to move through.
Most party parents stay, though some families choose to drop off depending on the age group and comfort level.
What should parents know before booking?
Our spa party setup is more decorated than many parents expect, so you do not need to plan a full setup or bring lots of extra decor. We take care of creating a fun, styled spa party environment for the girls.
Parents may bring additional items such as food, drinks, desserts, balloons, or small decor, as long as everything is taken home at the end of the party. We do ask that large setups, such as balloon arches or oversized decor installations, are not left behind after the event.
Where is the restroom located?
Please note that our restroom is located just outside of our spa in a shared, multi-stall office restroom used by the neighboring businesses in our building.
For everyone’s safety and comfort, it is our policy that children do not go to the restroom unattended. Children will always need to be escorted to and from the restroom by one of our Spa Camp staff members or by a trusted adult from your group.
When can we arrive to set up?
Parents may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to bring in food, drinks, cake, or any party items.
Our team will take care of cleanup after the party so families can enjoy the celebration without worrying about the mess.

Where should we park and enter?
We recommend using the main parking lot shown below. The entrance is marked so guests can easily find the correct building entrance and check-in area.
Can we tour the space before booking?
We’re happy to help you feel confident before booking. In most cases, we can answer questions by phone or email and provide photos, setup details, and any additional information you need to get a clear feel for the space.
Spa parties use our reception/check-in area, main Spa Camp area, and education/conference room. Our floor plan gives parents a simple visual of the party flow and which areas are used during the event.

If you would still like to see the space in person, please call ahead so we can schedule a time for you to stop by. Since we are a working med spa with appointments throughout the day, tours are available by appointment only.
